Hi, I'm Eileen Masters. I was born in East London in 1949 and my father was a railway
labourer in the East London docks. I now have two sons and daughters-in-law,
and four grandsons ages 13 to 22. My husband and I have lived in Hastings since
2002. I'm retired now but during my working life I have worked for Oxfam in Afghanistan, Mozambique, Pakistan, and the UK. I later worked in local government and have served as a Justice of the Peace for 20 years. A memoir of my time in Afghanistan is now available on Kindle Download the free Kindle app to read it on any device. |
